Logging Safety Briefing / Education

1. A safety briefing of some sort (whether it be a full presentation or a 5 minute brief) should be done at least once a month and logged in eServices and the Annual Safety Training needs to be done once a year sometime in January - March.  
2. To log the education: go to eServices > Menu > Safety > Safety Information and Reporting System (SIRS) > Log Safety Education (in middle of screen under SAFETY EDUCATION blue box).
3. Once entering the title of the briefing, scroll down to enter CAP ID numbers or checking the boxes in front of the squadron members who were present.  
4. VERY IMPORTANT: once checking the boxes in front of the names, click Add to List AND THEN Submit.  If you don't click both of those, you will lose all of your work.  Once you hit submit, you should see your entry listed on the new page that comes up.
